Having spent nearly thirty years as a building principal, I learned very quickly that the best way to beat rainy days and winter snows was to have a great floor mat at each entrance to the building. Now at home, I have finally figured out that that same brand of floor mat works miraculously as a mat for my big, slobbery dogs when they are consuming copious amounts of water from their water bowl. I used to have to mop the floor literally 30-40 times a day. We bought a 3ft X 6ft Waterhog mat, and the problem is GONE. It soaks up every single drop. I have no idea why I waited so long. Waterhog is the best. I will never buy any other brand.My wife game me a lot of flack (Due to the price) for buying this mat until it was in our foyer. She loves it, and I will say this mat is the real deal. Never thought I’d be all excited about a door mat but I’m telling you it is a game changer. We get compliments on it and everyone wants it. I purchased this mat 7’x3’ in the brown color and it matches our curtain and fits the space perfectly. We bought this specifically so our front door wouldn’t scoot the rug over when it opens because it has weather strip underneath door and swooped every rug back but not this one. Yes this mat it is very expensive, don’t get me wrong, but we are extremely happy with the purchase. Waterproof, looks great, welcoming after a rainy day. My wife wants one for the back door now lolI’ve bought smaller ones before. So I decided to replace a very old one on my front porch with a larger one. My pet loves to sit on it and watch the street traffic go by… No rain yet so can’t say how it holds up to water yet!Best investment ever, for front and back door with kids or animals! It grabs dirt, wet and everything possible! Even tiny flower buds... one catch, you must clean it as all light colored dirt shows immediatelyI love this rug. After purchasing other rugs for our high traffic entryway, my daughter told me about this brand. I did some research and decided to give it a try. It's wonderful. Shows no dirt and vacuums like a charm. The rubber backing prevents the stones from our gravel road, that somehow find their way into the house, from going through to the floor. This was an issue we had from the cheaper rugs I had been buying. While this rug is more expensive than some, it is well worth the extra money. I imagine I'll have this one for many years.Exactly what I wanted: color, shape, texture, durability, workmanship...all 10 out of 10. Even came nicely packaged (i.e., not overly done). Size? Advertised as 7’; needed EXACTLY 7’...no more, no less. Received 7’ 1.5” = unhappy customer...but then thought to call Customer Service (very pleasant & polite) and was assured I can trim the excess off with a utility knife, no harm, no foul. Presto! 100% Happy Customer. Wasn’t sure it would be worth the price when ordered; now see it’s well worth it. Oh, and it arrived MUCH faster than expected! Couldn’t be happier.This mat will receive hard use as it is being used as a pad under my desk chair in order to protect the carpet from wear by the rollers on the chair.Great non slip rug. Love the bright color.
