we love this balancing game. especially the “waves” pieces that helps hold the ark steady while my little one (2 years old) stacks the pieces. this helps her be able to stack the pieces until she is old enough to play with it as a balancing game. we read the story of Noah and the ark and then we play with it. my husband and I tried it out without the “waves” and it’s not too hard to stack pieces. the game is steady and it does require thinking and concentration to lee it from falling over. when I placed a piece and it fell over, the clatter noise startled us (we were all concentrating watching each other place pieces) and we all laughed. it was really fun to play together. definitely happy with this purchase!!!Adorable and well made. A couple of the pieces were painted just a pinch off center, but otherwise I thought they were well made, brightly colored and very cute. I gave it to my mom as a gift so she would have something to play with the grand kids. She and my four year old played it right away and had a lot of fun. I thought it was neat that the "wave" blocks are stabilizers that can be used or removed for different levels of difficulty.I bought this for my 3 yr old granddaughter who hasn't opened it yet but she does like stacking things at this age. It will give me an opportunity to teach her about the Noahs Ark story. It seemed a bit small but hopefully she will like it and encourage family members to play it with her and have a great time.(probably me!)Liked the cuteness and sturdiness of the toy. Think it should come in a more securable bag, box or tin for storageThis is great but packaging leaves much to be desired. As there is nothing to hold all the pieces we have never actually played the game and quickly lost many of the pieces.A lot smaller than I anticipated. The wooden pieces are nice, feel solid and we’ve had it for a few months and the paint hasn’t chipped. We don’t use the die yet, but we take turns playing, talking about all the animals. Overall I’m satisfied and would recommend.I love the Noah and the ark balancing Ark Stacking, the pre-k children I work with love it, trying to balance the animal on the ark, it keep them busy for quite a while, each one very eager for their turn, great for teaching patients and concentration for the little ones. Lots of funMy girl LOVES this game. It keeps her entertained for a while. Only thing I can say that would need improvement is some sort of bag or box to put all the pieces in after you initially open the package. Not a deal breaker though.
