DIWI Large Quilted Cotton Bible Cover - XL Navy Flowers for Church & Travel

Love this little bag. It’s so cute & fits my bible perfectly. Even room for a small notebook & has a pen holder. Great pattern. Was worth waiting the 2 months to get.Fit my Bible like I thiught it would.Bigger than needed but holds Bible, markers, pen and Sunday School study book.I recently purchased the XL size of the DIWI quilted Bible cover for my large print Life Application Study Bible. This cover is a beautiful print, soft to the touch, and large enough for my large Bible and my iPad. My Bible is quite heavy, but this cover is very sturdy with double stitched wrap around straps. It handles the size and weight of my Bible easily, and makes it so easy to carry it to my Bible Study. I also like the double zipper tabs that let me unzip the cover from either direction. The Bible can easily be used while it is in the cover and secured by the inside fabric flaps. It allows plenty of room for the large spine of my Bible. I like this cover so much that I purchased one for my Mom as well. She has the large print Lutheran Study Bible and the XL cover fits it nicely. She was thrilled with this gift and loves the Blue Peacock pattern!It was great but even though I measured my Bible, it still seemed to be a little small. No problem with anything else.I want to start out by saying I LOVE the design of this Bible cover!!! It is BEAUTIFUL! It does seems sturdy, however the cover fits my Bible so snug that I do not know if it will hold up long term or not. I have the Expositor’s Study Bible/Giant Print which is why I ordered the XL sized cover. My measurements for my Bible are under the recommended amounts, so I don’t know why it fits so snugly. I do not want my Bible to mess up because of the tight fit. I am hoping it will loosen up. Would have loved to contact seller, but don’t see how to. I wanted to ask them if it would loosen or not. I may have to return mine.My Bible is the NKJV with Dake’s notes which makes it exceptionally thick. I was worried it might not be big enough! It is with space to spare.I am delighted with the large size, the inside pockets (including a pen loop sewn into the inside, on the handle side), plus the zippered outside pocket. It is soft fabric. The only thing I am concerned about is that the handles are made only of the fabric, with no extra "heftiness." The handles do not seem to have an inner-layer of interfacing, nor do they have a vinyl strip sewn into the handle, like many handles do. Therefore, I expect the handles to wear out long before the cover. But this is the only concern I have. It is a lovely product and worthy of giving as a gift.
