Purchased this as Christmas for my granddaughter with her name engraved on the front. The engraving is beautiful, and the outside cover feels very soft and sturdy. But my main reason for this review is to applaud the seller's customer service. Long story short, I received the bible very quickly but didn't realize it because UPS had handed it off to USPS and changed the label to show the address of my local post office. When I retrieved the package from my mailbox all I saw was a strange address on the label and, not knowing that it is the post office, I put it back in my mailbox thinking it had misdelivered. (Big mistake) About 10 days later I realized my mistake. Since it was personalized I knew this was going to be more difficult than just a simple replacement. I contacted Amazon and the post office. USPS said the package had already been returned. Amazon put me in contact with the seller. They did some checking on their end and saw that it was on it's way back to them. But after waiting several days it still hadn't arrived so that they could return it to me. So on 12/18 their wonderful customer service representative reached out and asked if I would agree to pay a reduced amount for a personalized replacement to be shipped UPS 2nd Day. I was thrilled and grateful to receive it by 12/23. Great company and great customer service.
