This old-fashioned recipe book is wonderful. We had many of these recipes growing up, and I especially remember the baked macaroni and cheese. That recipe alone is worth the price. Growing up in Michigan, we always used Pinconning cheese and sprinkled a touch of Hungarian paprika (Szeged Hungarian Paprika, Sweet, 5 Ounce over the top. So good. There are also recipes for the usual pasta dishes, like spaghetti, lasagne, rigatoni, macaroni chili, linguine, and Swedish meatballs, as well as some things like sweet and sour chicken salad and seafood salad. Not all the recipes sound wonderful. Macaroni pudding? I suppose it would be okay. We love bread pudding. But, somehow, macaroni pudding doesn't sound right.
