LA SIESTA® Carolina Flowers Cotton Double Classic Hammock - Premium Outdoor Hammock for Patio, Garden, Backyard & Beach Relaxation

I've been sleeping in one of these full time for about 6 months. It's a very comfy hammock, probably the most comfortable I've owned in the 4 years or so I've been sleeping in hammocks. My only complaint is that the fabric has a raised, course texture to it. It's still soft, it's not scratchy or anything, but it isn't the nicest feeling on bare skin. I got used to it, but if you're sensitive to such things it may be a problem for you.I have slept every night for 3.5 years in a hammock as my only bed. I've tried 6 hammocks for this purpose over 9 years. This is by a significant margin the nicest. Others are as comfortable initially, but the thicker fabric here doesn't stretch into ruts over several months as do most. I use a La Siesta insulated/padded camping hammock in conjunction with this for all-night warmth.Update: after 5 years of nightly, this is still THE ONE. I bought two because I’d be upset if discontinued and couldn’t replace when eventually it wears out, plus handy to rotate on wash day. No sign yet though...This hammock is where it's at. Buy it don't wait your life will get infinitely better if you get just a few minutes a day in this baby. I am writing this review from my La Siesta Carolina spring double hammock right now. I hung this one inside but I also have la siesta family sized hammock in my backyard and multiple L Siesta hammock chair loungers in my front yard and in 3 different locations inside my house.Great and sturdy double hammock. Comfortable for naps. I use it indoors with a hammock stand and it does not take much space. Highly recommended!This is a thick cotton canvas material and seems very durable. It's comfortable and large enough for 2. Great pop of color!Our old hammock needed replacement after 10 years service. We bought a single La Siesta locally but found it to thin when compared to the old hammock. I was suspicious that the double size would have the same quality but gave it a go anyway. Very pleasantly surprised to find it even better then our old hammock. Worth the price.Sehr schöne Hängematte in sehr guter Verarbeitung. Der Stoff ist dick und stabil. Es lässt sich wunderbar entspannen, da ist man schnell mal eingeschlafen.Die Größe ist ideal, um sich wie empfohlen Diagonal in die Matte hinein zu legen. Man muss sich nicht unbequem, wie eine Banane gebogen hinein kauern.Entschieden haben wir uns trotzdem für ein noch größeres Modell J'ai acheté ce hamac en remplacement de mon vieil hamac double, acheté en Colombie il y a plus de 20 ans ! Connaissant bien les hamacs, ce modèle me déçoit au premier coup d'œil. Certes de fabrication artisanale, celui-ci est un modèle quelconque, vendu essentiellement aux touristes qui n'y connaissent rien en hamacs.Un excellent hamac n'a aucune couture sur les extrémités près des cordages de suspente. La longueur du hamac correspond à la longueur des fils servant à tisser l'ensemble : aucune nécessité de couture en doublure donc.Or sur ce modèle "La siesta" on repère tout de suite les coutures aux extrémités à environ 5 centimètres des bords. Signifiant que, si le fil de la couture de cette espèce de doublure, style ourlet, se met à s'effilocher c'est l'ensemble du hamac qui risque de lâcher de ce côté fragilisé.Mon vieil hamac - que j'utilise pourtant tout le temps et partout, - tient toujours, depuis 1995. C'est tout juste quelques suspentes qui montrent des signes d'usure. Quelques unes ayant dû être rafistolés.Bref, modèle classique bien loin du top de chez top de mes espérances.Enfin, j'aurais préféré payer plus cher mais être certain d'avoir un vrai bon hamac.Die Hängematte entspricht meinen Erwartungen.Ich hatte sie das erste Jahr im Gebrauch und man fühlt sich recht sicher. sie ist solide verarbeitet.Ich wiege 125 Kilo und ich finde das ist für diese Matte das Grenzgewicht wenn man sie lange im Gebrauch haben möchte.Rund um ein recht passables Produkt.Eine Hängematte wie man sie sich nicht besser vorstellen kann. Groß, stabil, praktisch...Hat im letzten Sommer auch schon die Belastungsprobe mehrerer Kinder gleichzeitig problemlos überstanden (und man kann sie waschen, was gerade nach einer Kinderschar im Garten nützlich ist). Klare Kaufempfehlung.
